THERAPY AND SUPPORT GROUPS
Trauma and PTSD Group for Women.
This group is for women who have experienced emotional, physical or sexual abuse. Over 16 weeks we will explore topics related to trauma including intrusive memories and lost memories, difficulty with relationships, eating disorders. Members will have the opportunity to share their experiences and benefit from the understanding of others.
Group meets Fridays beginning July 9 from 6pm to 7:30 pm in the Pleasant Hill Office.
Fee is $40 per session. Sliding scale is available based on financial need.
