Women’s Sexual Identity Questioning Group
Come join a psychotherapy/support group with other women from your community. Find answers, community, support, understanding, emotional self-awareness, personal growth, and better communication and relationship skills.
When: Sundays 4:00 – 5:30pm

Chronic Pain Group
In a supportive, empathic, and confidential group, we will explore how to enjoy life again, increase one’s activity, improve relationships, and look at pain in new ways. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I have had a career in physical therapy for 20 plus years where I have worked extensively with a variety of disabilities and injuries. As the leader of this group, I bring knowledge of how the mind and body interrelate in the development and maintenance of chronic pain.
When: Mondays 2:30 – 4:00 pm
